We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, contact details, identity verification documents and payment information — as well as information generated by your use of the platform, such as bids placed, listings viewed and device data.

- To create and administer your account
- To process deposits, ranked proxy bids, and settlements
- To verify your identity as required by law
- To arrange export documentation and customs clearance through our Japan operations
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations
- To send transactional email notifications (bid results, wins, payment reminders, and each of the nine tracking steps)
- To send service notifications and, where permitted, marketing messages
3. Sharing your information
We share personal data only with parties necessary to complete a transaction: the Japan auction house, freight forwarders, customs brokers, payment processors, and identity verification providers. We do not sell personal data.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account remains open and for a further period required by tax, anti-money-laundering, and record-keeping laws in Ireland. You may request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep.
5. Your rights
