🧭 Your first five steps
- Create your account. Register with a valid email address and set a password. An account by itself unlocks nothing new — you can view stock the same as any guest.
- Make a deposit. A deposit is what turns you into a Verified Bidder. Deposits accumulate into a single running balance. Top up any amount, at any time, with no cap. All money is held in Euro in our Ireland-based account.
- Understand purchase slots. One purchase slot costs €550. A balance of €1,650 lets you complete three purchases. Winning a bid consumes that slot's worth of balance at payment time.
- Place ranked proxy bids. You may have up to five open bids at once, each ranked by precedence (1st = highest priority), each with your own maximum offer amount. Bids are editable and cancellable at any time before the daily lock.
- Win, pay, track. If you win, full payment is due within two weeks. Track your car through the nine-step order tracking process right up to arrival at your destination port.
✅ Checklist
- A valid email address you check regularly — every notification arrives by email.
- Government-issued photo ID for account verification.
- A deposit that covers at least one €550 purchase slot.
- An understanding of the forfeiture rule: if you win a bid and fail to pay the full amount within two weeks, €550 is forfeited.
- A destination port or inland address in mind for export.
